August 10, 2013 - Loan transferred to another lender (better rate and less fees by the way) due to NVR issues. NVR knew of these issues several days before they decided to tell us. Completely fed up with NVR, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

September 16, 2013 - Finally broke ground (now projected completion is right around the time we have to be out of our current home and during the time that I have multiple pass/fail comprehensive tests over 2 years worth of information. Not happy about this and all due to NVR not being honest or working in a timely manner. It is going to make our final touches and moving be very hectic and difficult.
September 17, 2013 - Footers poured
September 19, 2013 - Gravel base poured in basement, sump pump put in
September 20, 2013 - Waterlogged - over 3" of rain = new swimming pool!!
September 21, 2013 - Water finally dried up with the assist of an electric pump.
September 23, 2013 - Wall forms arrive
September 24, 2013 - Basement walls poured
September 26, 2013 - Wall forms pulled away and put back in racks
September 27, 2013 - Plumbing started
September 28, 2013 - Waterproof barrier installed
September 30, 2013 - Gravel base piled up for garage
October 1, 2013 - Kid's bathtub dropped off, gravel base spread out for garage
October 2, 2013 - More water, not as much but now the sump pump is in action
October 4, 2013 - Back fill done, cover down on basement floor base, spoke with PM onsite
October 12, 2013 - Concrete poured for Basement and Garage
October 15, 2013 - Framing and Support Joists delivered :)
October 18, 2013 - Stairs, Windows, and Temporary Door delivered
October 22, 2013 - Framing Prep
October 23, 2013 - 1st Floor Framed
October 24, 2013 - 1st Part of the 2nd Floor Framed
October 25, 2013 - 2nd Floor Framing Completed
October 26, 2013 - Roof Finished, Windows, Temporary Front Door, and Garage Entry Door Installed
October 27, 2013 - We all walked through as a family
October 28, 2013 - Met with PM to be introduced to new PM (now both my original PM and SR are no longer in the community), HVAC installation, fireplace installed
October 29, 2013 - Plumbing and completion of HVAC, fireplace hearth framed
October 30, 2013 - Roof papered and shingled
October 31, 2013 - Gas line installation
November 1, 2013 - Met with Ron from Guardian to go over placement of surround sound speakers, cable/data jacks, and pre-wires for wall-mounts and rear speakers Also I met with new PM about scheduling a pre-drywall walk-through for Mon Nov. 4th. They were also starting to install the electrical wiring and boxes while I was there.
November 4, 2013 - Electrical wiring finished
November 5, 2013 - Garage door installed
November 7, 2013 - Insulation installed (I ended up getting my garage fully insulated for free due to the change order not being filed)
November 11, 2013 - Pre-Drywall walk-through
November 12, 2013 - 1st day of hanging drywall (about 80% done)
November 13, 2013 - Drywall hanging completed, drywall mud started
November 18, 2013 - House painted with that horrible flat white (that will be changed)
November 19, 2013 - Brick half way completed, fireplace stone installed
November 20, 2013 - Brick completed, hardwood floors installed. I also stepped into the garage and saw that my cabinets, vanities, interior doors, faucets, hardware, and other miscellaneous stuff was stacked everywhere in the garage.
November 21, 2013 - Kitchen cabinets and crown mold installed, utility and bathroom floors installed
November 22, 2013 - Countertops and remaining cabinet crown installed, bathroom vanities and sinks installed, bathroom fixtures installed, doorbell installed, light switch and outlet covers installed, some trim installed, interior doors and door knobs installed, coach light trim hung, some interior lights being hung when I was there
